Texas Senate Bill 11 (SB 11), often called "Campus Carry", passed the Texas
Legislature and was signed into law by Governor Abbott on June 1, 2015. It
permits individuals with a License To Carry or a Concealed Handgun License to carry
a CONCEALED handgun on Texas public junior college campuses beginning August 1, 2017
